Sneha - Founder, TranscendFit
Sneha is a Certified Pilates Instructor, a Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapist and currently the only certified Gyrokinesis teacher in India. She is also a Level 2 Certified Exercise & Nutrition Coach from Precision Nutrition with a Masters degree in Biochemistry.
She aims at empowering as many people as she can with the knowledge and the system to not only create, but also sustain the process of positive personal changes.
Musculoskeletal Series: This meticulously structured series is highly recommended for fitness & movement teachers. It covers the fundamentals of the skeletal structure & muscle function.
