Fascia Series: Anatomy of the Pelvis, Fascial connections. Connecting Breath & Pelvic floor. Functions & Dysfunctions.Anatomy & Physiology of the pre-postnatal woman. Changes in Trimesters, Postural changes. Exercise design during the prenatal period. The Postnatal period and exercise design.

Module 2 November 11 & 12 (Fri/Sat)
Module 3 November 18 & 19 (Fri/Sat)

Practical will include: Sample exercises, relaxation, visualization, partner stretching.
