Breath is prana and prana is life!

Our bodies are constantly trying to convey information to us, but as beings of the distracted era, we are used to living outside of our bodies. We don’t know how to pause and take a few moments to first become aware of our presence (inner/outer).

We are fair-weather friends to ourselves. We only notice when things go completely awry.
